The Association of Kenya Insurers (AKI) is in the process of pre-qualifying suppliers for office general supplies for the period 2026 - 2028. AKI invites applications from interested and eligible suppliers for pre-qualification as suppliers.

The supplier’s pre-qualification exercise will be conducted online via AKI e-procurement platform, which is secure, transparent and provides an efficient pre-qualification process.

Interested suppliers are invited to register on AKI e-procurement platform https://e-procurement.akinsure.com/ to get access to available opportunities. The online prequalification exercise will close on 6th July 2026 at 4.30pm EAT.

All suppliers who duly complete the pre-qualification process online will be notified of the outcome. Prequalification is not a guarantee for business opportunity. Bidders will be invited to submit their quotations on need basis based on the opportunities available. AKI reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as a whole or in part at its discretion.
