Githua Ngaruiya is the Managing Director, Madison Life Assurance Kenya. He has over two decades of experience in the audit, automotive and insurance industries both in Kenya and in USA.

He holds an MBA (Strategic Management) from Strathmore University, a Bachelors Business Administration (Accountancy and Management Information Systems) from Ohio University, USA. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Ngauriya is a member of the Life Insurance Council at AKI.
